Individual therapy is an opportunity to delve deep, one-on-one with your therapist. In these sessions, we can explore what makes you tick, how your life experiences have helped shape who you are, and which obstacles are in your way, to find clearer paths forward out of your painful patterns. We believe that everyone can benefit from the increased self-awareness that individual therapy cultivates.

We offer our services to a diverse range of couples, including those who are non-married, engaged, married, separated, or divorced. Every relationship has ups and downs! If you feel like you are stuck in a negative cycle that is amplified by broken trust or difficulty communicating, couples therapy is a great place to start pursuing reconnection. Your therapist can help mediate tough conversations and foster more intimacy in your relationship. We strongly recommend that couples new to Arrival book a two hour initial session. This extended time allows us to deeply explore and understand your relationship dynamics, setting the stage for effective, personalized therapy.

Sometimes you need input and support from someone outside the family to help you translate and increase your understanding of each other. In family therapy, you and your loved ones can work toward healthier family dynamics or reconciliation with the help of the therapist’s objective eye and educational background in Family Systems Theory. At Arrival, we can include children as young as 12 years old in family therapy sessions.

We also provide both individual and couples counseling online through our secure, confidential teletherapy platform. You can now receive the same high-quality care from the comfort of your home. Caralyne & Derek are both licensed therapists in the states of California and Pennsylvania, allowing us to offer our services virtually to residents of these states.
